Kuwait City - Collaborate with the HR Manager to identify training needs of individuals according to the required competencies in every department Set a training calendar for the full year Determine the most appropriate type of training i.e. internal, external, or in-house. Coordinate with training consultancies to implement effective training programs in an effort to develop and improve performance. Organize and facilitate internal and external training programs.
