Doha, Qatar - Principal Accountabilities 1. Demonstrates knowledge and application of the HMC mission, vision, and values. 2. This position is empowered to create communication to leaders across the Corporation to efficiently follow respective actions and departmental processes. 3. Provides advice and consultation on departmental policy and procedures to managers and department heads across the Corporation. 4. Participates in team meetings by contributing ideas and suggestions. 5. Takes opportunities to identify process improvements in workflow and to make recommendations for changes. 6.
