Doha, Qatar - Document Controller, Qatar I am currently looking for a number of Document Controllers to provide comprehensive document control services for a major offshore redevelopment project, based in Qatar. Reporting into the Senior Document Controller, you will be required to carry out quality checks and distribute all the documentation received from the Contractor to PMT/Stakeholders in accordance with the Document Distribution Matrix through the Project Document Management System (PDMS). Key responsibilities will include Ensuring that the quality and service levels provided to the Project Team are consistently high and dynamic, meeting the project established KPls Prepare Document Distribution Matrix from the Contractor's Master Document Register (MDR) and maintain throughout the project Organize and maintain Project files, drawings and records in an efficient and easy retrievable manner in PDMS and/or in hard copy format as required.
