Kuwait - Act as the principal contact between the Vehicle Sales Department and Customers. Provide Customer satisfaction while meeting Dealer profit and sales objectives. Ensure Customer's needs are satisfied at all time. Effectively implement the Company's Processes and Standards relevant to this position. Conduct the sales and delivery in accordance with Dealer standards. Work with the After-sales operations (Service and Parts) to ensure Customers receive best service treatment during the “Ownership Experience”. Prospect to Customers using mailers, the telephone, personal contacts, referrals and one-on-one meetings outside the showroom. Maintain an owner follow-up system that encourages repeat business and generates leads. Maintain a record of all enquiries (telephone, walk-in, etc...) on a daily basis and submit at close of business to Sales Manager.
