Doha, Qatar - GENERAL SUMMARY: Under the general guidance and supervision of the Director of Food & Beverage and within the limits of established hotel standards, the Restaurant Manager will assist in overseeing and directing all aspects of their respective outlet. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Supervise the day-to-day operation of all outlet employees, facilities, sales and costs. Continuously assess and apply actions to enhance the following: o Quality levels o Guest satisfaction o Operating costs o Sanitation, cleanliness and hygiene Conduct all administrative work required, including: o Attendance Records o Duty Roster o Logbook o Forecast o Cost control Ensure that assigned staff has reported to work; document any late or absent employees.
