Kuwait City - ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES Main Activities • Greet, assist and/or direct visitors. • Receive, direct and reply to telephone calls and fax messages. • Direct visitors to appropriate staff members. • Pick up and deliver mails and ensure all general correspondences are date stamped. • Maintain general filing and store all correspondence. • Assist in the preparation of meetings, conferences etc • Make preparations for Council and committee meetings. • Maintain an adequate inventory of office supplies. • Provide secretarial support whenever required. • Keep the internal telephone list updated • Assist the senior management and other staff as required. • Provide administrative services for senior management, when required • Manage business travel arrangements including hotel booking, invitation letters, and visa letters. • Co-ordinate all airport/hotels pick-ups. • Perform other related duties as required.
