Doha, Qatar - Facilitates the planning, development and monitoring of franchise programs to ensure effective operations in a franchise department. Manages franchisee evaluation, selection and certification and supervises franchisee performance. Monitors legal and policy compliance in the organization's franchise business to ensure that organizational standards, policies and processes are met. Responsible for development of franchising opportunities. Identifies potential franchisees through contacts within communities. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. May lead and direct the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
