Kuwait City - Responsible for the timely greeting of all customers as they enter the showroom. Must greet all guests in a professional and friendly manner. Responsible for answering in a prompt, courteous manner all telephones calls for sales inquiries made on our promotions and adverts placed in media. Will be the primary person that answers and directs all sales calls within the company. Do not leave reception or showroom area unless it is absolutely necessary. Maintain composure and professionalism at all times while representing the company. Make sure the showroom remains organized. Support Sales Team by providing top quality customer care (face-to-face and on phone). Use basic problem solving and customer service skills in dealing directly with customers to resolve any issues.
