Qatar - We are currently looking to hire a LEED Construction Manager for one of our prestigious project in Doha, Qatar. The role of the LEED Construction Manager/Supervision Consultant is to supervise the General Contractor on the implementation of the LEED BOD strategies for the eventual certification by USGBC. In addition, the LEED CM manages the BOD strategies such that the goal points are maintained throughout the course of the construction. His role is also to identify and resolve the LEED issues which could jeopardize LEED strategy goals. LEED CM role is to integrate, manage, coordinate, administer and facilitate the execution of the LEED project within the overall development. LEED CM also conducts overall planning of the LEED services as stipulated in the contract. LEED CM conducts LEED periodic technical and quality audits on contractors involved in the projects.
