Kuwait - Charterhouse is working with a leading retail group which has its head office in Kuwait. Our client is looking to hire an experienced HR Business Partner to work closely with key senior stakeholders and be a trusted advisor. Reporting to the HR Director, you will manage a small team and take responsibility for the divisional people strategy and the tactical HR activity aligned to overall HR objectives. You will be supported by a team of Area HR Managers as you focus on developing and implementing best practices and HR Programs. The function will be a generalist role which is involved in key HR projects covering organisational design, resource planning (succession and retention), employee reward (working with the compensation team) and business planning. The successful candidate should hold a Degree in business, HR or a related subject. You should have a minimum of 7 years experience within HR with 3 of those years in line management.
