Kuwait City - Implement the secretarial job of the department, perform routine clerical and administrative functions, coordinate with all supportive departments, local and overseas suppliers and principals, due to top management requirements, organizing and maintaining paper and electronic files or providing information to callers. Perform all secretarial jobs integrated to sales department such as internal dept. communications, arranging meeting agenda, response to internal / external enquires and visitors. Attend / organize parts dept. general requirements and needs and provide assistance to effectively carry out day to day work Coordinate and strictly follow up sales dept. attendance & Over time, human resource and administration work.
