Recruitment/HR Officer - Bulk recruitment

Candidate Must be from Construction and/or Oil & Gas Background only, or any other field that has to do with Bulk/Overseas Recruitment - not other sectors .

Candidate Must have proven experience in Bulk/Overseas recruitment ( Egypt - India - Bangladesh ..Etc.. )

- Must Have Experience in Manpower Mobilizations - Demobilization, Letters & Documentations related to overseas recruitment & Visa procedures.

- Must be aware of Government Construction projects contracts and to follow up with Admin department on start and end date of each project in terms of recruitment and manpower planning.

- Manage all phases in the recruitment process both in Office & Construction projects level.

- Handles recruitment needs and overseeing all recruitment activities of the company's departments .

- Plans, organizes, and coordinates recruitment activities; meets with individuals, departments and committees to define position, selection criteria, timelines.

- Responds to applicants’ inquiries both orally and in writing.

- Compiles, monitors and tracks all recruitment statistics.

- Prepare and update the Job Descriptions and OS as requested.
