Doha, Qatar - About the Role: As a Cadet Pilot Training Officer, you will liaise with all approved Flight Training Organizations to maintain appropriate records of cadet performance and alert management / prepare case studies if a review meeting/follow-up is required. You will be responsible to ensure the invoices are accurate before forwarding to management for approval and maintain a database for the same. You will be required to coordinate with local and overseas FTO's on cadet expected joining dates and update the selection team and flight operations training department accordingly. You will be required to maintain communication with selection team members to be up to date with regards to selection matters on at least a weekly basis, and be able to deputise selection team members as and when necessary.
