Kuwait City - Architecture Office in Kuwait looking for a full-time Architect/Designer immediately who is able to achieve the following responsibilities : - Efficent and rapid in working on CAD to produce schematic design, design development, construction documents, and shop level drawings. - Rhino 3D models for production is a plus. - High level of Detail and Drawing set coordination between disciplines. (structural, MEP, etc.) - High level of drawing and set coordination internally and with sub-consultants. - Quantity Surveying and BOQ coordination is a must - Excellent knowledge of materials and fabrication/building processes - Experienced in construction administration and site supervision. - Ability to lead and supervise architectural project deliverables along with design work.
