Title: AGM - Cash Management (Corporate Banking)
Location: Kuwait
Reporting: EGM - Corporate Banking

Job Purpose:

Drive corporate banking activities and facilitate the development, delivery and management of Cash products primarily to corporate customers.

Responsibilities:

Design and implement the marketing strategy regarding the entire spectrum of Cash Management products and proactively contribute to Bank's strategic transaction banking goals.
Develop and manage product portfolio and drive innovation to enable the bank in becoming a leading Cash Management bank in the region.
Identify sales opportunities, market and cross sell products, services,solutions and close sales/delivery.
Develop annual budgets and plans in relation to Cash Management products with direct P/L ownership, transaction fees..(any other profit generating channels?)

Qualification

MBA or Master's Degree in relevant discipline or equivalent.
In-depth understanding of cash management products and services.
Minimum 10 years of banking sector experience.
Familiarity with Cash Management Systems.
