Abu Dhabi - 1. Basic Function and Scope: Supervises and executes the preparation of a consilidated monthly and off-Cycle payroll on schedule and deals with all payments to Company Employees as required. Ensures Correctness and security of payroll related and completion of all relevant accounting tasks on time. Contributes to any systrm development relating to SAP HC and FINANCE module integration as necessary. 2- Task, Duties and Accountabilities: - Direct, co-ordinate and supervise the activities of assigned personnel and performs supervisory functions at the level established by Management. - Establish monthly time-table for payroll in agreement with Human Capital Division. Liaise with other departments, especially Employee Relations, for timely receipt of payroll related information and ensures that payroll standard and non-standard files are ipdates on time. - Review and endorses all incoming payment/recovery advices for Company Employees snd Contractirs. - Check and endorses all s...
