About the job:

As Treasury Cashiers Officer you will be supervising and managing the in-flight duty free and home office cashiers teams, ensuring 24/7 support to cabin crews with regards to in-flight duty free sales and to contribute to the efficient and accurate operation at the all cashier offices.  

Key responsibilities:

* Approving work rosters for all shifts and teams.
* Overall supervision on day-to-day cashier activities.
* Ensuring a 24-hour in-flight duty free cashier office operation and optimal home office cashier performance.
* Assisting in the recruitment of cashier staff.
* Supervise a team of cashiers, being responsible for evaluating their performance appraisals.
* Confirm sales (i.e. ensure cash received against sales).
* Ensure all financial entries are passed on time.
* Ensure all crew shop and staff shop sales entries and deposit are duly processed.
* Ensure all sales amounts have been deposited in the bank.
* Petty cash confirmation for IFDF, Executive Jet, and Crew Welcome Bonus.
* Manage Executive Jet cash float handling and reimbursement.  Generate related reports.
* Confirm and issue all Payroll-related reports, as well as Commission, Discrepancy and Reimbursement reports.
* Assist in in-flight charity-related cash collections processing and depositing of funds to banks.
* Analysing data and providing timely reports and recommendations to senior management.
* Other duties as requested.
