With a minimum of 5 years experience. Ability to set and implement leasing strategies. Must be active and organized. Must be fluent in English spoken and written. If currently employed in Qatar you must be able to produce an NOC (no objection certificate) from your current employer Summary of job functions • Visit properties to assess them before showing them to clients • Promote the properties in the company database for lease through assisting with advertising, attendance at open houses or promotional events • Generate and qualify leads; source and develop client referrals • Respond to sales inquiries and concerns by phone, electronically or in person • Ensure customer satisfaction and good client relationships • Greet the customers, provide them with such information they need and show them properties available for rent • Coordinate appointments to show properties to prospective customers • Inspect conditions of the premises, and complete reports to arrange for necessary maintenance by the Property Management department • Coordinate closing of the lease including documentation, record-keeping and customer move-in • Review and understand all leasing contract terms and conditions and be knowledgeable to answer customer questions
