About Your Job:
Responsible for Qatar Aircraft Catering Company (QACC) food safety, initiatives, plans and develops processes and projects to define and implement quality assurance practices with operations in line with organizational polices, standards, and guidelines. Participates to meal quality enhancement and overseas overall quality control of processes, raw materials, and products in line with regulatory and industry standards, in order to ensure food safety is always maintained at maximum level matching Qatar Airways 5 -star criteria and image.
About You:
You must have a Master degree or Equivalent in Hotel Management/Hygiene and Sanitation. You should have minimum of 10 years experience at executive management in Quality Assurance Department at a 5 star hotel/ flight catering industry. You must also have a good knowledge of HACCP, International Quality Standards and ISO certifications.
