Project Engineer (Part Time / Free Lance)

SUMMARY OF JOB PROFILE
Perform engineering duties in planning, designing, and overseeing construction and maintenance of building structures, and facilities.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Analyze survey reports, maps, drawings, blueprints, aerial photography, and other topographical or geologic data to plan projects.
- Plan and design systems and structures, following construction and government standards, using design software and drawing tools.
- Compute load and grade requirements, water flow rates, and material stress factors to determine design specifications.
- Evaluating technical requirements and assigning portions of the scope to various subcontractors and suppliers.
- Inspect project sites to monitor progress and ensure conformance to design specifications and safety or sanitation standards.
- Direct construction, operations, and maintenance activities at project site.
- Reporting for immediate manager for requirement of each projects (equipment’s, transport needed, material, manpower & subcontractors, purchase orders, Project insurance bank guarantees for performance bond & Advance payment bond etc.)
- Making weekly & monthly work programs and solving un-seen sites obstacles.
- Making monthly invoice for monthly progress of completed work, also, checking and approving of attendance and running expenses invoices. (Optional)
- Preparing Budget setting targets and plan to achieve it, also set the commercial of projects.
- Direct or participate in surveying to lay out installations and establish reference points, grades, and elevations to guide construction
