1. The preparation of project implementation method (MOCC) and work breakdown structure (WBS) in coordination with the Director of the project.
2. Setting project timetable - critical path (CPM) plus resource and costs before proceeding with the implementation.
3. Monitor Project implementation in accordance with the schedule and submit periodic and upon request reports to provide current phase and status
4. Software update whenever necessary or upon request.
5. Monitor critical activities in order to avoid any delaying.
6. Activate Short-term programming (Short Run) - monthly, weekly and daily in coordination with the project manager, project engineer and site engineer.
7. Monitor the progress of works for subcontractors and provide them with their programs.
8. Attend meetings that held in the project with all concerned parties.
9. Provide management with productivity information
10. Prepare periodical Claims if required due to owner / consultant.
11. Adherence to the granted authorities.
12. Access and Compliance to the internal regulations of the company.
13. Comply with any other mandated tasks in his profession.
