Parts Advisor

• Welcome the customers understand and listen carefully to their request / Attend to telephone enquiries and orders of spare parts.
• Issue the correct parts with the help of EPC (electronic parts catalogue).
• Update information on supersession and provides customers with the correct advice.
• Advice customers on substitution or modification of the parts when identical replacements are not available.
• Promote accessory sales.
• Provide proper technical information of the parts to the customer if required.
• Determine replacement parts required according to inspections of old parts, customer requests or customers’ descriptions of malfunctions.
• Take part in the preparation and maintaining of the Parts showcase and promotional materials to attract customers.
