About Your Job:

Drives and supports the delivery of business change and improvement initiatives, providing the technical/ administrative expertise required to ensure projects and other business activities are justified in terms of ROI, captured, documented and communicated accurately and effectively. Undertake data analysis and benchmark assessment, creates process mapping and prepare reports that support business optimisation initiatives, Maintain Project management, policies and procedures and other databases.

Accountabilities:

Operational
* Working with business optimisation team, Heads of dept. and other stakeholders to capture, develop and manage databases of standard operating procedures and other process documentation that supports business plans, business improvements and core activities.
* In conjunction with business optimisation team, as part of various project teams, work with internal and external awarding bodies and business improvement groups to contribute to the successful award and maintenance of business accreditations such as ISO; Customer Excellence etc.,
* Capture Data, analyse and provide reports that ensure visibility  of key  team and project milestones and that support business decision-making
* Participate in various quality management and business improvement activities, including Continuity of cross-group initiatives and benefits from the same.
* Provide technical support to various quality business LEAN projects, providing expertise that adds value to the business owner.
* Develop, run and evaluate LEAN training workshops, in conjunction with L&D, group solutions and other people development entities.

 

Development
* Take responsibility for own ongoing personal development and growth of expertise to ensure keep updated on current and future developments in filed expertise
* Keep abreast of current business improvement models and trends.

Operational Safety
* Ensure full awareness of work health and safety requirements and expectations in order to minimise health and safety risks for self and colleagues.
* Ensure compliance to all relevant safety, security, quality and environment management policies, procedures and controls across the operation to guarantee employee safety, security, legislative, compliance, delivery of high quality service with a responsible environment attitude.
* Take a direct and personal interest in reported injuries incidents, near misses and hazards to ensure that appropriate reporting, investigation and response is being achieved.
