Doha, Qatar - Acquire new relationships in line with the Special Assets strategy as well as broaden their existing client relationships through achieving a greater share of the wallet and higher cross sell ratios. Provide the highest levels of customer service to new and existing Special Assets customers in the region and act as the “one-point of contact” to fulfil all the needs of Special Assets customers. Conduct regular visits to your Special Assets customer's in-line with Special Assets strategy and act as the main point of contact for servicing the customer, providing information, answering inquiries and resolving issues in-line with agreed SLA's Actively solicit client feedback on value proposition and for new product ideas and ensure communication of customer feedback to Segment Management team.
