1. Provide excellent customer service & front office reception to guest / customer inquiries as per Division policies.
2. Direct / advise customers through calls / walk-ins, to concerned staff / section based on their requirements.
3. Quickly respond to incoming phone calls / take note of messages & communicate to concerned staff.
4. Administer vehicle appointment system for the Workshop for all reservations, cancellations & no shows.
5. Schedule vehicle appointments as per appointment log book & notify customer in advance of any deviations.
