1. Issue correct parts using EPC (electronic parts catalogue)
2. Answer customer queries, provide correct advice on spare parts, promote accessory sales.
3. Determine replacement parts required as per inspection / customer’s description of malfunction.
4. Check & maintain the brochures & catalogues level in parts reception area.
5. Provide business support to parts department for target / objective achievement.
6. Prepare parts estimates as per requirement & keep records of lost sales.
