Maintenance or Facilities Technician

Job Purpose:
To ensure smooth training program it is important that the training equipment and all other equipment related to steam boiler / air compressor / package crusher / under floor conveyor / water feeding system and all other building parts are in excellent condition as per the set safety standards within the organization.
Responsibilities:
- To operate and maintain the service of steam boiler.
- To operate the Air Compressor / Package Crusher / under floor Conveyor and feed water system and carry out timely maintenance of all equipment’s.
- Maintain and manage day to day activities of Engineering workshop and all the seminar room equipment’s are working according to set standards
- Maintain spare parts store in the training centre.
- Carryout all the day to day operation & maintenance of the entire training centre facilities.
- Carryout all the general maintenance mechanical / electrical / plumbing and air condition equipment in the training Centre facility as per the directions of the Training Manager.
- Responsible for all the machineries in the training hall to be best operation state.
- Responsible for all the lighting / water /doors if any etc. in the training facility.
- Having a good analytical & trouble skills for day to day operation of all the equipment’s.
- To support the trainers as and when they request the support.
