The Role:

The role of the Host/Hostess in the Dean & Deluca Store is to ensure that all guests receive an amazing experience from their first point of contact with the Front-of-House team, transforming visitors into loyal customers. You will primarily interact with customers as they first enter the establishment, and when receiving reservations and orders over the phone.

This role is best suited to a candidate who enjoys interacting with people and conveying a positive attitude towards the brand, the products, and the customer. To go the extra mile in ensuring that the needs of guests are met, you will develop and call upon your product knowledge, impressing and inspiring customers with your passion and expertise.

Qualifications & Requirements:

You will have:

* At least one year's experience in a similar role within a hotel or fine dining concept

* A friendly and approachable demeanour

* A passion for customer service and hospitality.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional people skills and an enthusiastic desire to learn and grow with the brand, as well as being self-motivated to stay on top of news about products and services and to apply that to your interactions with customers. A relevant qualification in hospitality is also desirable, though not essential.
