Responsible for a large region with over 150 stores this Head of Retail Operations will drive sales & profitability through strategic operational execution. Tax free salary + significant bonus potential.
If you have multi unit, large scale operational experience within the retail industry and are looking for a challenging and exciting new opportunity that will allow you to drive an already successful branded concept to new heights then this is the role for you.
Reporting into the CEO and sitting on the senior strategic board for this brand you will be responsible for the operational standards and retail excellence for nearly 200 stores across the Middle East & Africa as well as some emerging markets.
You will be fully responsible for maximising sales & profitability of the business by providing exceptional leadership effectiveness, support and expertise as well as being responsible for the commercial development of the business through implementation and maintenance of professional retail standards within all geographies.
As this is a senior management position we will be looking for someone who holds at least 15 years of relevant retail experience and have held a similar position, leading retail operations across a wide geographical area.
