To develop and implement the Corporate Communications and Marketing strategies. The strategies will be devised through consultation with the executive team and Public Relations agency, and will mirror the corporate objectives of the organization as well as shaping and growing its brand.
Corporate Communications & Marketing
Planning, developing and implementing the organization corporate communication and marketing strategies; including both conventional and digital initiatives
Identify activities to be carried out - with Councils and Commissions - to enhance the corporate brand awareness among different audiences (business partners, community, etc..).
Support DG and Deputy DG, as well as other top executives in making strategic decisions impacting the brand, preparing for marketing communications events, and defining sponsorships and high profile communications and marketing initiatives.
Lead the definition of all policies and guidelines on how the Corporate Brand should be employed, in all communication and marketing initiatives, ensure consistency of application throughout all channels.
Identify initiatives to enhance the culture and to engage the employees, coming up with yearly internal communication plans in conjunction with Human Capital.
Facilitate and manage all organization collaterals including reports, case studies, speeches, articles and presentations with key constituents (internal, government, business partners, media).
Manage agencies and deliverables ensuring they meet and exceed expectations in timely and cost effective manner.
Build media relationships with local, regional and international media houses.
Develop and drive Marketing communication plans and programs across a variety of mediums which might include exhibitions, events organizing, tools & collateral, demand creation programs, joint PR, e-marketing, Direct mail, benchmarking, authorities visits, and participating in trade shows and other industry events etc.
Develop plans to identify specific marketing tactics that build on market intelligence insights to deliver overall business objectives and strategies
Translates marketing strategy into a full activity plan, liaising with other departments and external organisations to achieve corporate objectives, while developing of a comprehensive marketing/ project plan with time lines and milestones
Develops briefs for all marketing initiatives, ensuring marketing communication objectives and strategies are clearly identified so as to facilitate working jointly with internal departments and outside agencies.
Identify new opportunities to promote in untapped markets.
Analyse statistics and recommendations from Market Research to allocate funding for course marketing campaigns.
Utilize customer feedback data to develop deep understanding of client needs and define market/customer requirements and drive service roadmap and prioritization.
