Description
- To identify, establish and determine all cost centers for the specified project with the consent and guidance of proposals manager to ensure accurate cost allocation for all activities in line with the scope of the project and BOQ identified by quantity surveyor so that winning bids can be prepared- Prepare proposals in the light of scope of work, resource leveling and scheduling provided by the client- Responsible to reevaluate and analyze technical proposal with the help of software to check accuracy of all results and prepare a comprehensive and accurate commercial proposal for review by proposals manager
Profile
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering required- Residence in Qatar- 4+ years of experience in bid preparation and estimation of oil and gas, EPC, Contraction and Maintenance projects.- The client is looking for female candidates for this role.

- Verbal / written industrial communication skills- Time management skills- Quantity surveying skills- Costing skills- Project Management skills
Job Offer
Salary on offer is approx 8,500 QAR dependent on experience, + benefits.
