Doha, Qatar - Key Job Duties Strategic: Oversee development of Urban business in line with defined strategic direction. Incorporate marketing and research into sales activities. Establish departmental policies and procedures and annual performance objectives as well as reviews departmental performance on a periodic basis. Prepare budget and financial requirements of the division in close association with the Chief Enterprise Officer. Operational: Champion initiatives that will attract new customers and penetrate new markets for Urban. Oversee sales of services and products provided by Urban in line with the defined strategic direction. Define, refine, test and implement strategic business development plans. These activities include overseeing primary research, industry, market and competitive analysis, customer needs assessment.
