The job purpose of Demand Planning & Control is to create value by matching Demand and Supply quantities with optimising Supply Chain Operation between Customers and Suppliers.
Manage the day-to-day supply operation to realise KPI target
Key Responsibilities & Scope for Decision Making
- Control the supply of products under Central Stock operation to all countries based on market situation/demand and capacity of factory supply.
- Decide the purchase quantity of specified category's for total based on the forecast generated by Statistical Forecasting and Supply information by factory
- Monitor the total inventory and make necessary transfers of inventory to keep inventory healthy and maximize business opportunities net sales
- Contribute to Demand chain related projects
- Take timely action in case of Compliance and QA issues
Qualifications & Experience
- IT knowledge of SAP BW, and other PC skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong in figure analysis, logical thinking and cross-culture communication
