Qatar - Role Overview Provide overall construction management and subcontractor management at a large multi-million dollar Design-Build project located in Saudi Arabia. Responsible for the management of all construction related requirements, project deliverables, and project quality, schedule, and cost. This position will involve long-term assignment to Saudi Arabia. Key Responsibilities Must have a solid understanding of design-build project delivery. Must maintain a physical presence at the site at all times and is responsible for all construction and related activities at the site. Communicate effectively with DoD clients and multi-cultural staff and subcontractors Interface through the Project Manager with Home Office support, program and sector management. Develop coordination plans, 3 week look ahead schedules and work plans.
