Falcon Human Resource Services Private Limited - Kuwait - Duties and Responsibilities Prepare and submit the Annual EHS Plan of the Contractor to Company Coordinating with Company EHS Division and EMT in enforcing the Health Safety and Environmental Plan and all supplementary procedures and programs. Ensure that the Contractor complies with all applicable Company SOPs. Take proactive approach to the implementation of the EHS culture within the staff and the workers. Submitting Monthly EHS report of the contractor to Company EHS Division. Conduct daily Tool Box Talks. Conduct and participate in daily job safety meetings. Prepare Job safety analysis for all activities carried out by the Contractor. Daily inspection of the work site to identify hazards associated with the work, if any, and initiate appropriate measures to overcome them. Report unsafe acts and conditions, and initiate corrective actions. Motivate the employees through safety awareness programs.
