Dubai - About the Position: As part of our Hertz Leasing Team, you will be responsible to improve overall customer satisfaction by ensuring that the customer is dealt within a pleasant and professional manner by adhering to agree with the Hertz standards concerning vehicle delivery and collection, service and maintenance, end of contracts, exchanges and transfers. You are also expected to ensure that all policies and procedures relating to customer query handling and complaints resolution are strictly adhered in order to meet the expectations of the customers.
