Kuwait - The Commercial Consultant will deal with issues pertaining to business transactions. They may draft, review, or negotiate client agreements such as: employment contracts, agency agreements, distribution agreements, franchise agreements, , sales agreements, construction contracts and/or subcontracts, settlement agreements and all other business or commercial related agreements in both English and Arabic languages. Legal consultant will work in close contact with a firm's litigation department in preparing the files and documents for litigation or arbitration. Qualifications and Experience: Minimum of 5-10 years of relevant professional experience Proficiency in English and Arabic.
