Dubai - A well known automotive company is currently seeking to recruit a Service Communications Specialist. You will be directly reporting to the After Sales Communications Manager Characteristic duties: Handling of all customer related issues: • Responsible for customer handling processes • Safeguard accurate and quick handling of customer complaints and efficient solution finding as well as execution of decisions • Handling of direct customer complaints • Assisting the Importer with escalating customers • Handling of customer complaints received via PAG • Point of contact for Importers and customers • Monitoring of reaction times • Ensuring an appropriate communication towards the customer • Supporting the markets in customer handling and replying to customers • Ensuring complete customer case documentation • Mediator between customer and Company's dealers • Suggesting appropriate customer satisfaction measures for individual customer cases • Suggesting and coordinating of approvals for ind...
