Senior Quantity Surveyor

Doha, Qatar - We require a Chartered Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team. KEO are involved with some of the most exciting, challenging and sustainable construction projects currently being undertaken in the Middle East and internationally. Preference will be given to qualified candidates who can demonstrate experience in the following: Implementing cost controls and financial control procedures outlined in the construction contract (FIDIC experience required). Experience of post-contract Quantity Surveying on major building projects (High-rise Towers, Shopping Malls, Hospitals, etc.). Extensive experience of Claims Management; Evaluating and reporting valid claims, Negotiating and settling claims with contractor, Assessing liabilities for delays with planners, etc. Overseeing of measurement of site works from drawings and evaluating the contractor s monthly interim payments. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access and Outlook). Excellent communication...
