Kuwait - Ensure that key KNPC relationships are maintained at all levels within the project. Create and sustain a good team spirit within the AMEC project team and KNPC. Provide leadership, guidance and direction concerning all facets of the project and its commercial delivery. Undertake co-ordination and support during tendering period such as processing bidders queries, bid evaluation, recommendation for award and contract preparation. Interface with KNPC assigned personnel and the EPC Contractor for formal and informal reviews on commercial matters with respect to project delivery. Undertake EPC Contractor third party approvals as required for procurement and subcontracts. Provide contractual advice and support to KNPC throughout the project life cycle. Manage all formal communications from a contractual perspective both internal and external. Verify and approve interim payments to the EPC Contractor.
