Doha, Qatar - Preference will be given to qualified candidates who can demonstrate experience in the following: A minimum of 18 years in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management with extensive focus on claims, contracts and dispute resolution. Strong experience and capability in a wide range of Consultant Agreements and Construction Contracts and successfully resolving Quantum and EoT (Extension of Time) claims. Expert knowledge of FIDIC suite of contracts Multi-million ($) Civil Engineering projects ideally WWTP (Waste Water Treatment Plants), STP (Sewage Treatment Plants) or similar. A sound commercial background i.e. Professional Quantity Surveyor, Commercial Manager, etc. Qualification: A Quantity Surveying Degree and/or hold a professional affiliation and full membership of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and/or Chartered Institute of Arbitration (CIArb).
