Work to ensure that projects are being completed to the highest standard, with little or no wastage of time, quality and financial resources. Establish processes and best practices in order to monitor the technical operation and maintenance of the company's assets, once projects are in operational phase. This includes periodic audits to measure the operator's effectiveness and performance, and as required, to review all capital budgets, plans and proposed major expenditures relating to the physical plant, facilities and fixed assets.
