Very exciting opportunity for a strong Restaurant Manager to head up the team at this awesome concept which is a combination between a gastro pub & sports bar - female candidates preferred! Reporting into an F&B Manager, you will ensure that all operations standards are adhered to in order to achieve highest level of guest service standards. As Restaurant / Venue Manager, you must ensure that food and beverage quality and presentation is as per the specified standards. Management, motivation and training of the team is very important - as Restaurant Manager you will lead by example and be able to motivate and inspire your team!
