Shipping Liner Company - United Arab Emirates - Regional Container Logistics Manager - 1833 [Description] THE SUCCESSFUL APPLICANT: You will have a minimum of 8 years’ experience in a Container logistics, Container Line Operations or other Logistics Management roles in Asia. A maritime background would be an advantage but is not essential and applicants from a SC&L or Freight Forwarding background would also be considered. Due to the regional/global nature of the role (around 35% of the time) you will need to have a willingness to travel. You will need an extensive network of Container Logistics services providers to tap into and if you have been exposed to Cabotage this will be an additional benefit. A good command of English is essential and Mandarin would also be an advantage to liaise with Mandarin speaking colleagues and clients.
