Abu Dhabi - Coordinating, facilitating and delivering learning and development initiatives in a variety of formats including classroom, online, train-the-trainer, coaching, mentoring and self-directed learning. Producing, customizing and organizing training content, reference materials, multimedia visual aids and other educational materials. Overseeing the development of an effective online learning management system platform to meet business requirements. Coordinating the implementation of a comprehensive annual skills analysis and learning needs analysis. Developing an annual skills plan. Developing and implementing methods to measure learning and to evaluate effectiveness of training programs and training providers.
