The project I am recruiting for is based in Oman and is part of a framework agreement with the NOC. They are looking to quickly recruit a capable and proven construction director that has extensive "contractor" experience. Projects experience gained with Shell/PDO and or BP will be highly regarded. This is a high level role that is working on some of the largest and most complex projects in the region. The E&C contractor are very highly regarded and they have an impeccable HSE record as you would expect. You must have hard dollar contracting experience on Mega onshore projects.
