Qatar - Commercial Manager - Qatar - Build Contracts & Commercial Director - Qatar - Build A Contracts and Commercial Director is required by a large Qatari company to work in head office in Qatar overseeing all commercial and contractual functions. The successful candidate will be reporting directly to the General Manager. My client are one of the biggest companies in Qatar and have a number of large projects associated with the Qatari 2022 world cup. My client have 2 projects based in West Bay (the business district of Qatar). They have a large residential tower and a hotel complex totalling 48 Stories in height. The successful candidate will manage tender and contract preparation activities for the projects required by the company which may include analyzing, evaluating, contract budgeting, cost estimating project for bidding.
