Support and assist in litigation matters and ensure adequate representation by external counsel for the Bank. Assist Retail L & C Head and UAE L & C Head in the implementation of Group legal and compliance standards. Act as a point of reference for legal issues in the country. Implement consistent legal priorities in the country thereby ensuring alignment with the Group Agenda.
