Doha, Qatar - Ensure the products are delivered on time to the site or to the store of ARMM in order to ensure there is no delay. Complete all documentation needed for products delivery in collaboration with cargo companies in order to help supplier to deliver on time. Select cargo companies and maintain cargo list database on order to deal with upon product delivery needs Liaise with Store team on delivery schedule and details for products in order to allocate proper space in the store Acknowledge procurement section on the delivery status in order to take necessary needed actions Communicate with Legal department to ensure contract is signed with the suppliers in order to avoid delays in delivery Assist in evaluating the suppliers and service providers in terms of delivery in order to maintain them or replace then in the future Report daily activities to direct supervisor and execute corresponding actions to ensure workflow is followed as per guidance.
