Doha, Qatar - Description: Summary Description of Position Asphalt Plant Manager is responsible for managing the production of construction materials ( Asphalt) operations to ensure a safe, efficient and cost effective operation. Ensures proper and efficient utilization of all resources and equipment. Promotes Safety, Health and Environmental , quality assurance, and regulatory compliance programs. Essential Functions 1. Oversees the management of plant operations for efficient and optimal production level, including scheduling of personnel and equipment. 2. Ensures all plant personnel are continuously trained in order to understand, promote, and follow Hinkle's Safety, Health, and Environmental standards and meet the zero incident/zero loss goal and works with SHE staff and Company officials to promote a safe work environment that meets all State and Federal rules and regulations. 3.
